Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a wide range of LED strips: 12V, 24V, RGB, RGBW, CCT, COB, and high-CRI LED strips for professional applications. All products are manufactured in Poland using high-quality components.

The main difference is the supply voltage and the cutting section length. 24V strips allow for powering longer runs without voltage drops and are more efficient for large installations.

Yes, we offer LED strips with CRI90+, CRI95+, and CRI97+ for applications where accurate color rendering is essential – such as in retail stores, galleries, kitchens, and photo studios.

Yes, absolutely. We offer custom cutting services and can prepare ready-to-install LED strip sections with wires, connectors, and profiles.

The power supply should match the strip’s voltage (e.g. 12V or 24V) and have at least 20% more power than the total power consumption of the strip. For example, for a strip that consumes 40W, we recommend a power supply of at least 50W.

Yes – our offer includes LED aluminum profiles, mounting clips, covers, connectors, cables, as well as controllers and dimmers.

Yes – as a manufacturer, we fulfill custom orders based on specific projects. We can adjust the color temperature, power, roll length, PCB design, labeling, and packaging.

Yes – we provide a standard 2-year warranty on LED strips, with the possibility of extension depending on the series and application.

Yes, we are a Polish manufacturer. We design, assemble, and test our LED strips in our own facility. We use components from reputable suppliers, which allows us to maintain consistent quality and offer short lead times.

Absolutely. We fulfill custom orders, including non-standard lengths, unique light colors, special PCB layouts, custom labeling, and even branded packaging – all tailored to your specifications.

Yes, we provide complete kits tailored to your project. We select the appropriate power supply, controller, profiles, and accessories, and can deliver the entire set ready for installation.

The most common mistakes include: using an incorrect power supply, lack of an aluminum profile (which causes overheating), installing overly long sections without dual-sided power, and improper soldering. If you’re unsure, our technical support team is here to help.

Yes. Every reel undergoes optical and electrical testing – we measure brightness, power consumption, and color quality. We ensure full consistency of parameters and long lifespan.

Yes – we provide guidance to both individual clients and installation companies. Based on your project, we help select the right type of strip, power, color temperature, and control method.

Yes, for each product series we provide a data sheet, CE and RoHS certificates, and – upon request – photometric documentation (LDT/IES) for lighting design projects.
